Every day in July, your workout is dedicated to a real service member who gave everything. The reps, the rounds, the numbers — all tied to their story. This isn't about how fit you are. It's about who you're carrying with you.
31 days, 31 Hero WODs — each one built around a fallen service member's story, branch, and life, delivered straight to you on Everfit.
Beginner or advanced, home gym or no equipment at all — every workout comes with modifications so you can participate fully, wherever you are.
Part of every registration goes directly to the Believe With Me Foundation through our Rep for the Fallen pledge campaign.
Every name below now carries a workout through July. New heroes are added as submissions come in — check back often.

Hope & help for Gold Star families
Believe With Me is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit devoted entirely to the families left behind when a service member is killed in action, killed in training, lost to PTSD suicide, a service-connected illness, or an active-duty accident. They show up for Gold Star spouses, parents, and the more than 15,000 post-9/11 Gold Star children across the country — with Christmas gifts chosen from each child's own wishlist, support for Gold Star moms and widows, and emergency help when families need it most.
Every dollar raised through our Rep for the Fallen pledge campaign goes straight to this mission. This challenge is about sweat and reps, but it's really about making sure these families know they aren't carrying this alone.
This challenge only happens because these partners believe in honoring our fallen as much as we do.
